I have actually worked for Shaw trust and I can say that they do have a brilliant policy that helps individuals back into work. When i was based in Peckham branch, we actually had a number of clients back into work who have not worked for a number of years due to there disability. So i can say that yes it does work.

Hi, i work for a similar project to the Shaw Trust in helping poeple get back to work, and have occassionally refered poeple to the Shaw trust(mainly to do with postcode restrictions of our project), anyway they do have a good reputation and those that i have refered recieved lots of support in accessing employment. Good luck.
