Even after they give their opinion which is okay they never actually answer the quesiton you ask?

if they give thier opinion it doesn't bother me and if they don't answer the question it does bother me

Yes!! Some of these people don't know how to separate their opinion from the actual question. I already asked something like this and the morons called me a retard because they didn't know how to answer a question w/ yes or no.

that sort of thing would not bother me in the least, you see, many people take from their own personal experiences to answer
your questions and in doing so, they get caught up into what they are saying to try to answer you and lose time and track of what they are saying to you therefore, losing their train of thought in the meantime.........oh, i am frustrated, because i know what i am trying to say to you...it isn't coming out the right way tho.....i hope that you catch my drift......oh well, i hope this has helped you some and God Bless and keep you safe==happy new year !!!!!!

lt happens all the time. Everyone wants to voice his opinion to the point of forgetting what the question is.
l'm not so much bothered though.

Quite often there are no right or wrong answers for a problem or question so people offer opinions and hope that you can use them to make your own decision.

doesnt bother me at all.. some people get freaked out .. but I say.. opinions are like buttholes.. everybody has one and everyone elses stinks..
