I've heard of babies vomiting if it is too warm, but never too cold. It's more than likely the milk. Sometimes you have to try a few differents kinds before you find one that agrees with your babies system. Take her to the doctor or on your next check up let the doctor know whats going on. It alos could be the type of bottles that you're using. Ultimately, the doctor should be able to tell you what the problem is.
I'm also an experienced mom. I agree with the mother of 5, but as far as the cereal is concerned, don't ever give a newborn or small infant (oatmeal) cereal, only rice cereal. Oatmeal is way to harsh for a newborn or small infants digestive system and even then, just a small amount mixed in the bottle of milk. The cereal, if fed to thick will constipate the baby and bring more problems. I have 4 children and I had to start them all on cereal right away. They weren't throwing up anything. They just never seemed to getr full, lol. Good Luck!

Your baby might be eating too fast or your over feeding the baby. Trust me...i had a lot of throw up with my little guy. But Then i got some advice to hold him in your arms when feeding hima nd make sure his head is a little higher than his tummy. Burp him and them hold him the same way for about 20-30 minutes after feeding. Think of your babies tummy like a balloon filled up without the top tied. If you put too much in...its going to come back out. If you lie it down flat....its going to come back out. If you think its actaully A LOT of vomit and is too frequent...then call your doctor. Your baby could be allergic or even just have a sensitive tummy and you might need to try feeding him/her something differeent. Good Luck!

Is your Baby really 'vomiting' or is your baby 'spitting up'? Vomiting means a large amount, projectile and is very dangerous for a baby because it causes dehydration. Spitting up is a small amount of milk after you feed baby and it usually looks like cottage cheese that dribbles out of babies mouth. I did a quick web search and the web sit Northsidepediatrics.com has a small blip about why and what to do about 'spit up'. I do know though that if your baby is 'vomiting', you should be taking baby directly to the emergency room. Large amounts of vomit can be very dangerous to your baby causing dehydration, so make sure you know the difference. Good Luck!

Maybe he drank too much... so his little belly spits it back out... perfectly normal as long as he seems well. My Mom said I was the same way. I used to vomit often after feedings. I'm fine. Just talk to your pediatrician to make sure there isn't something going on. Your baby could be lactose intolerant, etc.

As long as they are not vomiting all the food up it's OK but you can try to switch to a soy or gentle formula, sometimes it's just they ate too much
