Which is the better choice to buy? PSP or Nintendo DS?

For a girl, what would be the better choice to buy? Also, which would have the most RPG games?

PSP's are better for ages over say 12/13 and Nintendo DS is better for below that age, at least that is what I have found.
The DS has more PG games, whereas games for the PSP are more adult..... good luck with your choice
