There are numerous examples of both. I am with my highschool sweetheart right now. My parents are still married and met in highschool. Although in both of these cases, we were in seperate high schools (but the same age). It is definitely possible! Try not to put too much thought into this. Don't plan your life out before you've had a chance to live any of it. If you are meant to be there is nothing that will keep you apart so don't worry about messing things up or only getting one chance. People also change after highschool. This may not cause a breakup but it will cause some disagreements. Don't do anything for the security of your relationship (ie not go to college or one far away) I just mean don't give up on your career dreams in order to secure the relationhip because you can have both.

My eldest sister was together with her highschool sweetheart for 3 years, then they had long distance relationship for more than a year. They have been married for almost 10 years now and have 2 kids.
The chance on you both doesnt matter at all. Its fate, if you both are meant to be, then you will be together till death part you both.
Meanwhile, just cherish and love each other..

Well i am with my husband who was my highschool sweetheart. It's been 7 years and four kids later and we all happy. I know some other people to. Not all people end up this way because there is a tendancy to grow apart, but if you are in tune then you have nothing to worry about. I have been woth my husband sice 7th grade. Strange but true. Good Luck and i wish the best for the two of you

yes, i know of many who have been with their highschool sweethearts for years and are very happy or happily married. just enjoy what u have for as long as u do, and work hard at keeping him if you feel he is the one u want to spean the rest of your life with. the one u want to wake up to in the mornings and go to bed with at night. the one to have kids with and grow old with. no relationship is a bed of roses but together you can avoid the thorns. good luck!!

My husband and I got married a month after my 18th b-day. We were both still seniors in high school. We will be married 10 yrs this month but it has not been easy and now we wish we would have waited awhile longer and been more stable and had more fun. things change once you get married.
