I mean if I can store some files on it and then transfer them to another pc.
and if I can, does it need any specific program?

-Yes. There is an option in the setting called 'Enable disk use' that lets you use it as a mass storage device, it will show up as an extra drive on your computer. You still need iTunes to access the music tho.
