It is impossible to tell.
The clock would keep showing time moving forward, since it stays with you, and assuming you would not grow younger, but instead, keep aging, for any amount of time.

The ONLY way to go back in time is to accelerate away from Earth near the speed of light. For you, time would proceed normally, but from your point of view (..your reference frame..) time would move more slowly back on Earth. If you then returned to Earth you'd be back in the past, but only as compared to your clock. On Earth time has proceeded normally so you'd seem to be a visitor from the future.

It is impossible to go backwards in time. So it only occurs in make believe, and you can make believe what you want for how long it takes and what the funky dials show.
