I s there any way I can check to see if the acting school?

that I'm considering is legit or a scam because it is 1,275 but I would like to do a thorough check on it before I spend that much money theres a lot of internet scams out there so i wanna know for sure before i decide to do it please respond back quickly!!!

1. Search for the school on the Internet and read about it. See if the school is mentioned on any discussion forums or blogs where people are talking about it.

2. From this research, see if you can identify a person who has gone to this school. Write a note to that person and ask about his/her experience.

3. Ask the school to give you the names and contact info for three references. These grads should have attended recently, within the past five years.

4. Go to or write an e-mail to the head of a drama department at a nearby college and ask if s/he is familiar with the acting school. If that person is not familiar with the school, ask him/her how you might learn more about the acting school.
