how turn off my computer if idont have shut down

type the following in run command box:
shutdown -s -t 00(zero) for Shutdown
shutdown -r -t 00(zero) for Restart.
shutdown -l for logoff

If start button is not visible to you, it might be minimized, just place the mouse at the bottom of the screen and drag upwards to make the taskbar visible. Or u can press windows button(key represented by windows symbol), and shut down the machine. Other option is to press 'Ctrl+Alt+Del' and then select 'shutdown' button to shut down your computer

Ctrl Alt Del - has a shut down button.
Not sure how to get it back! Probably a registry hack.
