why tobacco and laquor industries sin industries?

Any thing which is unethical is a sinful industry. Tobacco and liquor injure the health of the individual and also bring in untold miseries of the family members of the person. Any person who is addicted to these substances lose control over himself. Morality is all about having control over oneself. Undoubtedly, it is a sin.

NO, all industries operating legally are not sin industries. All products produces by industries are recognized and approved by the authorities. If you think are not good for the heatlh, it is also the same for the foods if it is over will be not good for the health.

Not really, they are exempt from having to declare the ingredients in their product on their packaging. Every other consumable has to do so. Even McDonalds has probably got a book with all their products and the ingredients used in them somewhere in the manager's office in case someone should ask. How effective do you think it would be to discourage new smokers from taking up smoking by declaring all the chemicals on their packaging. Probably would be too efective; which is why they don't have to. T They even seem above European law on that one. And can you think of anything else that gets away from European legislation??

the tobacco and the liquir industries are not bad the people who are eating them are the bad ones because
"when the buying stops ,the selling also stops" that's the only logic i can explain.

Any BUSINESS HARMFUL TO MANKIND IS A SINFUL
BUSINESS. Tobacco and liquor destroy es health,wealth,
happiness,wisdom,maturity and civic behaviour.
IN fact many saints have advised people to be away
from such jobs/industries.
