Don't try anything to do with your health, don't take ANY tonics, or medicines recommended by strangers, rely only on your own family doctors. Study with a lot of concentration, don't stress yourself, all the best

The best thing I would recommend is to go to a health food store and get some DMAE - I use it myself - since you will find it is natural and helps with both concentration and memory. I have recommended that to several friends taking classes in one thing or another and they all swear that it helps them.

i like to use 3x5 note cards i know it can be timely, but not only are you looking over the book to find what to put on them but you are also writing a question down on one side and the answer on the back, but you can also take them anywhere , work etc and look at them when you get time.

Graze over your notes or the chapter.. then go in and read it all and point out all of the important sections.. (highlighting maybe)
Then go over all the highlighted points! Pretty simple
