yea i think its russia i mean i went there and i mean common the practically have no age limit and beer dosne't count as an alcoholic beverage and getting wasted is part of thier usual weekend with friend hanging out in the yards or in the halls of the houses.

I can tell that bulgarians drink a lot and unfortunately this is an alcohol with very low quality. May be we are in top 3 in europe because official researches doesnt count the homemade alcohol. And most of the people make alcohol at home which is illegal. Its sad to watch a girl for who is normal to drink 3 bottles of wine for one day and some other alcohol without getting even that drunk as she is supposed to be. Americans drink mainly beer and light alcohol but they dont drink much vodka and hard alcohol.
I agree that russians drink a lot they are alcoholics.

Followed by Luxembourg, Czech Republic and Ireland.
Russia or Ukraine are not in top 10.

Unfortunately I think it's the Brits, we've got more lager louts per sq mile than anywhere in Europe and most of 'em are binge drinking slappers!! That's not including our pea brain football fans!!

I would take a stab at Ireland, purely because of the stereotype Irish drunk!!!
Australia would certainly consume a fair bit of beer, and we produce heaps of wine.

Actually its native americans. Its medically proven that the highest amount of alcohlism is in native americans. That doesnt mean that us mexicans dont drink alot, lol. Or any other race for that matter, i have a friend whos irish and that guy can out drink anyone.
