what's with all the "LGBT haters" always hanging out in this section and dump on us are they that freggin bored?
yahoo answers has allot of other catorgories.
If you don't understand what I am saying what i mean is why do people who hate gays always hang out in this section?

you're correct.i see it in the hunting section also.people bashing hunters and gun owners.also in the religion section a lot of hate towards religions.and what about all the racists and sexists they are rampant on here.

Because they really don't hate gays they hate the gay in themselves.
They are totally fascinated, intrigued and turned on by gays because of their deep seated but denied desires.
So by staying here and bashing gays they can feel "straight" and at the same time get all the stimulation and validation from all of the questions and comments from others.
It is such a draw from them its like an addiction they have to have it but after they are satisfied then they beat us up.
They are just poor very weak beings who by beating up others they think they are validating there straight identity.

Who are these people you refer to? Can you show us at least one link to a question that is gay bashing homophobes asking? Who owns any section at Y.A.?? And how could anyone force anything on you since you admit how you live is your choice including your religion or lack of?? This is still America last I knew. Thank God it is! P.S. I don't hate or fear any homosexuals here or anywhere but don't expect us to let you control the conversations on all the issues of life as if you are the only ones with the answers when the whole world including young people are watching while you exhibit verbal pornography. I have a feeling many of you were brought up to show better manners, especially towards Christians.

I, personally believe that a good-proportion of the homophobes are similar to the (former) head of the Evangelical (whatever-it-is-called) Mr. Haggard.
It has been my experience that the most-vocal (so-called) 'religious' opponents of whatever (they-call-depravity) are the very-same-'thing'-(if-not-worse-considering-their-professed-viewpoint/s)themselves.
So, the reason that the homophobes spend SO much time in this area, is that,
#1, they can't accept themselves for who they 'really'-ARE,
#2 'Bashing' those that they have been TOLD are to be 'reviled' somehow makes them feel-better about themselves, (I don't get it)
#3
And, they 'maybe' get a 'charge-out-of' "getting-away-with-it" under the very noses of their 'flock'......

Because on Y A no one can actually get up in their faces and tell them to shut up!
Their are way too many bored people in the world. Plus, everyone likes to pretend that they know what they are talking about. Some people actually do believe that they really are the smartest person in the world. I think they have a lot of fun here.

TLH is right my friend,it happens in every section,I see alot of bashing of races and sometimes I get pissed but I remember,I CHOSE TO POST MY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS NOBODY FORCED ME!! its all about choice and freedom,think of it this way "what doesn't kill you can only make you stronger" Grow a tough skin!laugh with it or ignore it or bash back Its your choice.whatever you do,they're only words of ignorance,fear and mis understanding.Im no angel either, I crack gay jokes but I also laugh at myself too cause Im an idiot!!and just trying to have fun and a cheap laugh sometimes even at my expense and my races!!!peace bro!

because they have nothing else to do with their lives besides pick fights with GLBTs and be rude; just ignore them and stop answering their questions and hopefully they will go crawl away in a hole somewhere, or at least keep their opinions to the religion section

People usually dislike in other people..things that they see and dislike in themselves....They come here and bash to feel better about themselves...like they really are superior to something LOL.

Try not to let it bother you too much, sweetie! I think probably most of the gay bashers are extremely insecure closet-cases with poor self-image and too much time on their hands.
