No, the cow must be lucky as they eats human being's food at the same time cooked food. There are many hunger peoples around the world who never test hamburgers in their entire life As long as you don't feed a poisonous food to animal it is not cruelty to feed them. I would say it is cruelty for the person who feeds the cow hamburger instead of giving it to the poor peoples who needs food.

No, but its illegal. The English made cow feed with beef, and now we have Mad cows disease. Go google mad cow and you find I'm telling the truth.
