The same as if he wanted to do anything else, like be an astronaut or a fireman. Many children want to grow up and be the president one day. And I seriously doubt if a child can fully grasp Bush's policies (though I do commend GWB on his policies for the most part)

Well take him to a plastic surgeon ask for a set of beady rat eyes to replace his normal ones. Stop him from going to school at the age of seven when he becomes a man hide from any military service.
When he becomes the US President buy him a English softy poodle well trained in the art of *** licking. Teach him the art of hypocrisy and to tell lies,be the biggest bigot racist that he can be every day. I m sure he will succeed

If he wants to become a president encourage him. If he wants to be like Bush...encourage him to drop out of school or get in trouble after he's eighteen so he CAN'T become president.
