sometimes it happens with me too!
it will be alright in 2 days, if not then call the computer engineer or call to broadband company

OK if u have windows vista then i can't say anything on IE7 but if ur using some other windows then IE 7 got stuck sometimes on other windows just try these website on IE6 m sure it works on it after that it works then reinstall IE7 it again start working on it BUT I PREFER IF U USE MOZILLA ( IE7 is only work well for vista )

I don't have ie7 but the first thing I would look for is a host file that is redirecting you. Just delete them and if you still have problems, give more info, can you get any other sites, what is your security settings, do you have a firewall, etc.
