first if you didn't typo 250w that can cause problems (not necessarily slow performance)

the games you are trying to play will not play very well on that video card. you can try updating the drivers for it from http://www.nvidia.com but it wont help much.

http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphics.html?modelx=33&model1=519&model2=534&chart=204

shows a 7900gtx averaging 29fps in oblivion, and a 7300GS getting 4fps

you need a much faster video card to be able to play those games in high textures with AA on. AA is probably whats killing you right now.

need to drop $50 on a decent power supply then $200 on a video card to be able to play them.

and yea i think you computer is running about as good as it can, just need a better vid card.

It seems good enough. If you get 20s ping then it is perfect.

High ping wont mean the problem is with your computer, instead its because other servers are located way far from you or some other factor.

of course 512 is better, but 256 is good enough, but be sure that its not shared memory.

Just remember in the next upgrade, maybe in a year or two, with core duo to get 512 to keep up with it.

Be happy and keep playing :)

I believe its the memory and the grafix card that cause problems. Try getting a geforce 7600 or higher with 256 or 512mb of discrete memory. Try adding at least one more gig of ram to increase overall performance. Also get a more powerful power supply 400-500w depending on the card.

U need a better video card for sure 512 or 1-2GB for better resolution and FPS. The Nvidia is pretty standard. Get a better vid card. It worked for me.

You obviously need a faster system. Buy a duo core processor.

Yes, good enough for heavy games.
