it is rare for that to happen... i thought you even stop getting your period when your tubes are tied so you informed me of something new, contact your doctor though. that is the best place for you to seek the correct answer to your question.

Incomplete closure of the fallopian tubes could occur, increasing the risk for pregnancy. In fact 1 out of 200 women get pregnant after the procedure. It is also a possibility that an ectopic pregnancy could occur. I suggest getting a pregnancy test and/or seeing a doctor sooner rather than later if the concern is that great. Best wishes.

My best friend had 2 girls at a early age she and her hubby decided no more, she got her tubes tied and started having female problems, the Dr was going to do a hysterectomy, she went back to the Dr 2 days before her surgery and told him she felt like she was pregnant the Dr checked her and did a blood test and she was pregnant with TWINS her or her hubby either one have twins in their family . she now has her 2 girls and a set of twins boy and a girl. the Dr told her that sometimes the tubes come undone.

Best thing to do, is go see your Doctor. Sometimes we get upset over things, or get hyper about stuff in our lives. It could just be that you are late this time. I would wait another few days and if nothing happens. Call the doc up. Depending on your age, you culd be going threw your change.
