1.) RAIDERS - Calvin Johnson WR: They need a replacement for Walters and Brooks at QB but with Moss and Porter supposedly leaving Oakland in the offseason, they select an outstanding playmaker and best WR prospect in the draft.
2.) LIONS - Brady Quinn QB: Should have drafted Leinhart last year, the Lions don't pass on franchise QB this year - although I think Quinn is a bust waiting to happen just like Joey Harrington was...could take Peterson as well.
3.) BROWNS - Adrian Peterson RB: There defense is pretty bad but the Browns could use help at QB and RB. Personally, Peterson is the best player in the draft and the Browns take the best available talent...if Peterson is gone, Browns probably take Quinn who will painfully remind fans of Tim Couch.
4.) BUCS - Joe Thomas OT: Simms will need time to throw. Cadillac will need to holes to run through. Best O-Line prospect in the draft...Could use D-Line help and draft Michigan's Branch or Clemson's Adams.
5.) ARIZONA - Alan Branch DT: Weak on both the D-Line and O-Line, Arizona will select the best available talent to address these needs. If Thomas is gone, Branch the run-stuffing tackle out of Michigan will be the next best option.

With the first five picks ... it should go as follows:
1) Oakland Raiders select Troy Smith (QB) since Aaron Brooks, Andrew Walter, and Marques Tuiasosopo aren't getting the job done out there and Troy Smith is the #1 College QB this year. Furthermore, he has beaten top-ranked defenses whereas Quinn has struggled againsts ranked opponents.
2) Detroit Lions select Adrian Peterson (RB) since Kevin Jones's Lisfranc Sprain may end his career and the remainder of the RB squad on that team does not pose much of a threat. Peterson will provide the solid punch that Kevin Jones did when he got on a roll.
3) Cleveland Browns select Calvin Johnson (WR) to create a nasty one-two punch with Braylon Edwards on the other side. However, if the Edwards issue does not resolve itself, Johnson's selection would still give Cleveland the necessary position strength required, and this CJ could take the #1 WR slot with Jurevicius at #2
4) Tampa Bay Buccaneers select Gaines Adams (DE) to revamp a sluggish and weakened defensive unit that was once a powerhouse in the NFL. Adams would infuse the line with new blood and reestablish the front line threat that Tampa Bay once possessed.
5) Arizona Cardinals select Joe Thomas (OT) since their offensive line in offensive in the more demeaning sense of the word. Thomas brings to the table the same level of strength and durability that Jordan Gross did to Carolina's line. If Arizona develops a solid O-Line, the playoffs are well within reach then with that offense.

This will look different when draft days comes bu here goe anyways:
1. Oakland: Adrian Petterson, Best player in the draft and Raiders desperatly need a quaterback.
2. Detroit: They need a franchise quaterback and he is the best in the draft.
3. Cleveland: Dwayne Jarret, best WR in the draft and would help out Braylon Edwards
4. Tampa bay: Calvin Johnson, Chris Simms needs a playmaker at WR and he will provide that threat.
5. Arizona: Joe Thomas, They need to sure up the offensive line and he can help.

I see it goin down like this
1. Oakland - Brady Quinn
- Theres a chance they take Calvin Johnson here, but I think they hang it up on Walter, whos proved he's garbage and take Quinn, who will also be a bust.
2. Detroit - Joe Thomas
- The Lions have the offensive firepower to get things done, they just need some protection...they also need help on D so it's possible they take Gaines Adams, or even Leon Hall or Antoine Cason
3. Cleveland - Adrian Peterson
- Without a doubt, this is their biggest need and they cannot ignore it.
4. Tampa Bay - Calvin Johnson
- It's either going to be Johnson or Gaines Adams, as they could use some help rushing the passer. I think they go with Johnson with Galloway getting on in years and Michael Clayton never regaining his level of play he had as a rookie.
5. Arizona - Gaines Adams
- It'll either be Adams or Alan Branch out of Michigan...they need the help on both O and D line. If by some act of god Joe Thomas slips to them, they will snag him up in 2 seconds.

i don't know every player and alot of the hot shots in college turns into duds. the scouts are looking for the talent that not ever one else sees.example crodie broyle from Alabama he got drafted as a QB and alabama's offense was terrible, but he is a decent qb. Oakland will get the best QB in college and suck again next year til they get him well seasoned . Detroit and Arizona will work on defense, cause their offense ain't broke. Cleveland needs a running back. finally Minnesota ,i think they need to clean floor with their entire offense

if peterson comes out look for him to go one or two, but i'm not sold on brady quinn at all. if you watched him this year against good teams such as usc he gets easily rattled and has trouble hitting recievers under pressure which will not relate well to the nfl. mark my words troy smith will end up being twice the qb quinn will be in the nfl. quinn is a bust i can promise you that, can you say eli manning all over again,

oakland-defense is good, offense sucks. plenty of problems: WRs arent cooperating, OLine sucks horribly, Jordans not a very good runningback, walter isnt mobile enough, brooks is inconsistent. i think they can draft quinn or peterson or trade down and get joe thomas to shore up the oline
detroit-quinn if available or joe thomas. god knows they dont need another WR.
cleveland-quinn if there. quinn says he wants to be a brown. i think quinns from ohio if im not mistaken.
tampa bay-need pass rush, their defense is sucking. so i say gaines adams
arizona-they need a oline, joe thomas if hes there.
