Is there any1 out there that collects teddy bears like me?

Question

I'm an avid collector of most, if not all things teddy bear related. I have about 400 or so bears (according to my partner) - I love reading about them, cross stitching them, collecting them & would also like to know if there is a club in Australia dedicated to teddies & their collectors...I'd love to hear from fellow bear enthusiasts around the world - I also do cross stitching, knitting, iris folding (card making)!!

The answer is yes there are people out there who collect teddy bears just like you in fact there are teddy bear clubs in all parts of the world. This year I've heard about a Store called "Make a bear" that people make their own teddy bears So you're not alone here. Here's something I wrote to a Lady who collected fridge magnets so I'll print here for your pleasure I think you'll like this :


There a lot of people in the world who collects all kinds of things I watched a show on A&E called "The Incurable Collector" where actor John Larroquette showed us peoples who collected various antique items,such Vaccum cleaners, perfume bottles,Cookie jars,Toy trains,World War II Clothes, Victorian Clothes,Cars,Tractors,vinyl records, Radios,Television sets,telephones,Star wars memobias, toys from the 1900's,cast iron banks, plastic tourist items,plastic models & real taxi cars,combs, movie reels,and cowboy items, as well has his ( John Larroquette) personal collection of old west books & literature . As you can see from my small list here. People collect anything and everything. If you enjoy it ; Then do something you enjoy. As long as your happy with it, All people are put on this earth to collect something, That something make you special and unique. There are other peoples that share your interest as well.

I love teddy bears too but I sure haven't got as many as you and I not as fanatical as you. I try to buy every teddy from Care Flight that way I am getting my teddies and helping out Care Flight.
I'm sorry I don't know of any club but there is a shop in the lower Blue Mountains, Glenbrook, that sells only Teddy Bears and I'm sure you would love that shop.

I love teddy bears so much. the only problem is that my house right now has no room so they are all at my parents house in containers. my Kids also love teddy bears. i think we all have like 600 teddys now. was also have almost 1000 HotWheels cars.My 4 month old daughter even has a teddybear car seat

i think of Spurs will win in 6. The spurs have front court that fits up nicely with Memphis. Memphis face Blake Griffin and Deandre Jordan interior the 1st around. Griffin/Jordan are truly overrated and are not dominant huge adult adult males. Then Memphis faces Serge Ibaka and Kendrick Perkins. back, those 2 are somewhat overrated themselves. They relied heavily on Kevin Durant, and Kevin Durant in basic terms. Now they face a 4 time Champion in Duncan and a lots more suitable Tiago Splitter. this could be Memphis' toughest project yet. Memphis has in no way been right here in the previous, the shortcoming of adventure gets to them.

I haven't collected them, but I love teddy bears so much that back in the 80's, I used to make these little bears called, "Tonibears". (my name is ToniMichele). I used to sell them at craft fairs because everyone absolutely fell in love with them!!!
Besides, how can anyone resist a cute little bear!!!
