You can either have them by pure chance or if you're desperate and have the Open for Business expansion you can have the pregnant Sim eat a cheesecake and that will ensure two bundles of joy.

If it's the regular Sims2 it will just happen randomly. I'm not sure if you can use boolprop for it you might check if you know how to use boolprop.
If you have any expansion packs OFB, if you make cheesecake and it eat AFTER you get pregnant you will have twins. I've done this 10 times, and every 10 times I had twins.

Well if u are lucky u will have twins........Its just the same way having a baby......but u dont know how many until the bundle of joy comes. I hope im helping u. ;-)

well...actually it is depends...you can't ask it, the stork will bring them to you. but if you want the twins badly, you can try to use a mod, like biological clock or something like that. you can search it in www.modthesims2.com
