Do NOT use that link. The idiot that posted that answer is Spamming it all over Answers every time a question is posted about ANY MP3 player, in an attempt to get you to buy software you do not need.
The Zune has a hard drive, and like any other hard drive, it can hold whatever type of data you choose to place on it, as long as you have enough free space to hold it all.
Now, whether or not the Zune can PLAY an HD video, I do not know.
