It is called a prenuptial agreement. Both husband and wife prior to marriage will create these prenuptials to protect not only their premarital assets (which can not be touched in any divorce decree) and the assets each party earns on their own during the marriage.

1. you don't "break-up' when you're married you get divorced
2.unless you have considerable financial assets, why are banking on "breaking-up?
3. You don't sign a form, you have a lawyer write out the details you both agree with.

You need to get a Pre-Nuptial Agreement specifying who gets
what in the event of a divorce..
I doubt that you can get an agreement that she gets nothing at all.
Most women would not sign an agreement like that..
Most lawyers would not let them sign it...

Well, don't you sound like you're in love. It's called a pre-nuptial agreement, and it as to do with your assets before the marriage and in the event that you do divorce, money, property, and belongings aquired before you got married stay with the proper owner. Good luck, buddy.
