please suggest a gud career objective for a bank job..i have no pervious experience, but i have good accounting, communication and managemnet skills.

My career objective is both long term and short term. Short term I plan on providing excellent customer service to the bank's clients as I learn their banking needs and make myself as helpful as I can in my current position. Longterm, I plan on taking that knowledge of excellent customer service and banking to higher levels. As I find my strengths within the current banking environment, I know I will succeed to higher levels. It is not a matter of "if" but "when". I admit now I do not know what those will be, but with knowledge comes power, and that includes power over my future with this bank.

Hello Elijah, My advice is to look into the non profit sector of banking, possibly microfinance. Not sure if the banking industry is a good thing right now , but it should not hurt to try. Look into Accion International, Ford Foundation, Rockfeller Foundation these are some global non profit organizations that concenrtrate on funding, economic empowerment, policy and medicine.
