I would 1st pay off all my bills, and buy a vacation home on the water somewhere and take the honeymoon and family trips we have nerver had, then I would want to do something positive. Like start a work program so that the kids that come from small towns can have some type of skill before going to the larger towns to try and get a job. Also to help rural communities set up college computer centers, because most rural communities are 1 to 2 hours from a college town. I grew up in a very rural town (300 people)in Oklahoma and the top students very seldom would go to college because of the drive and the fear of the larger towns. (Fear of the unknown) The 2 top students from my class of 10 are housewives, they both had dreams of college, but it never happened. There are MANY programs for inner city kids, but the Rural areas are totally forgotten, and because of that many kids end up in poverty and use drugs. We need to help these kids, because they have such hope until they hit like the 10th - 12th grade when they realize WHERE can they get a job and how can they afford to go to school.

I would place 15 million in the bank in savings accounts or lock them into stocks and other things that help to make money. I would travel first and then buy my home. Once settled I would make decisions on how to split up some of the money between family and friends. Then I would go back to work. One year later I would take the interest from the 15 million and divide it into two accounts. One account would meet my needs and things that I buy. The other account would start progroms to help those who need help and cover any taxes. Every year I would travel to a new place for exploration. Each following year I would be creating savings accounts for the grandkids, my child, and of course continue on with helping others.

I would take ten million to donate to abused starving childern and animals. I would go to the Congo and adopt five childern, bring them back to my mansion and treat them like my own. I pick stray animals of the street and keep them in my ten acre fenced back yard. I would take in homeless people and feed them. I would try and make the world a better place seeing as sadly money is power and it's almost the only way to make a difference nowadays. In general I would help those in need that I could.

After putting much aside to pay for taxes, I'd take care of supporting my sister and Aunt Marlyn.

For myself, I'd use some to help the local PBS station, take care of some medical problems I've been putting off seeing the vet about, and take lessons in clowning.
