my task manger is closed. its not working. i want to use it and how would i open my task manager?

when i do task manager it shows yr administer is off yr task manager

click on task manager

press the Ctrl+Alt+Del keys on your keyboard at the same time. In more recent versions of windows a menu screen opens, so in that case click on Task Manager.
