Do not bother with buying an expensive lip plumper. Just use a small amount of Cheyenne pepper and mix in into a glob of Vaseline. This does exact same thing as any of the plumping lip glosses. It causes irritation which makes blood rush to the lips making them plumper and rosier!

i don't know how dry your lips are but if it ever gets bad to the point it's peeling, use Cortibalm. I've had chronically dry peeling lips and this stuff is a miracle. After i recieved and used my samples, i bought them off ebay. it is a bit pricier than Chapstick but then again, this is no ordinary lipbalm. I found it after googling 'chronically peeling lips' because i was tired of using Chapstick and other brands that only gave me a headache from the smell and the feeling like i'm eating the stuff and doing nothing to help my lips.

As for fuller lips, i wouldn't know what is good although i have read good reviews about Lip Fusion.

for a softer look go with maybe a lighter shade of lipstick rather than the heavy colors...then for fullness add touches of lip gloss to the fullness part of the lips......I use Mary Kay....to keep it on longer cover a lot of the lips with your lip liner and it helps hold the color of the lipsick

i just bought lip venom last week and it didn't do anything for me. my advice would be to use rosebud salve to make your lips soft and a basic glossy lip gloss to make them appear fuller.
