Is anyone else Sick of Bath and Body Works? I am tired of the rude sales people and lack of stock!?

I have been a loyal customer with Bath and body works, and allways spend hundreds with them but recently everytime I go in they are out of what I want And Usually if they are having a sale I will go early and they will still be out of what I want! I asked a girl about the soaps I wanted- she was rude and told me they get only one case of (12)each scent in, and when they are out too bad for u ! !She also told me if i wanted the items bad enough to go home and order online I told her well I would but by the time I pay shipping it wont be a sale. then the dumb girl told me "well maybe you need to call in sick and get here the first day of the sale!" First off, if I call in sick- I have no money to give to the company who pays you! and it was the first day of the sale, it was the first 10 minutes of the sale! These people are just rude and If they are going to have a sale then provide enough stock to last that sale! I need a new store with good lotions bath gels bubble bath etc.

I understand what you are are saying when i was about 5mths preg i went into the store and the woman waited on everyone but me.. So i kindly put all the stuff i had picked up since i was buying gifts it was a lot of stuff..

Went to their website and reported her for her rude behavior and they were very apologetic and gave me a 50 gift card ..

the thing with places like that is customers do not think to call or go on their websites and complain and that is why they get away .. I made sure i got her name, i even described her and the date and time just so they got the right person..

I know what you mean. I've started ordering online to avoid the crowds and rude salespeople.

some people who work for retail are just so rude!!
the people at abercrombie&fitch are worse, seriously
last time my friend got me a top for my bday but it didnt fit well
so i wanted to exchange it for a different top
so i asked the cashier if i could exchange it
and my friend had gotten me the top a couple days ago
and it cost her 30 dollars
and when i wanted to return it,
she said that the top was only worth 10 dollars
and to get the top i wanted to exchange it for, i would have to pay 20 dollars to match the price of the top i wanted.
then i was like
NO WAYS!! i see that top in the store everywhere and the price says 30 dollars!!
and the ladys like im sorry but it's on sale right now in the other states
so then i said "so you mean if i bought that same exact top today, it would only cost 10 dollars? since the price of it is now 10 dollars?"
and she said no, it would cost you 30. it's in sale in the other states.
and i'm like HELLO THIS IS HAWAII!!!! IT'S NOT ON SALE IN THIS STATE
then shes like yea but you could like buy it from the other states then come here to exchange it for more $
and i'm like
YOU THINK I WOULD GO TO THE OTHER STATES JUST TO BUY IT AND EXCHANGE IT HERE?
then shes like no but im sorry the policy is like that

Stop buying anything from them and spread the message. I have never bought anything from Bath & Body because, it's not even available in my country. But, I am someone who never visits a shop if the sales people aren't polite to me! Never!

Where I live they are always SO friendly and helpful.
