I've seen plenty at night. What I'm looking for is the rare daytime reflection by the iridium satellites orbiting the planet. The answerer steered me directly to the website I was looking for and earned best answer. SO, thanks for stoppin' by to answer my question, but don't waste your time. I'll be giving best answer to the first answerer.

I use the website listed below. Or just Google "Satellite spotting" to find a bunch.

If you go outside on a clear night and watch the sky you'll see satellites fly by. They look like stars but they travel fairly quickly and are easy to spot. I think I heard you should be able to see one about every seven minutes depending on where you are and how dark it is. I see them every time I go spend a few minutes looking. It's kind of weird the first time you see one...
I saw a shuttle fly by once a few years ago when I was on vacation in Hawaii. I had heard about it on the radio so I knew where and when to look. It crossed the sky pretty quickly!

There are so many satellites up there that any night for an hour or two after sunset or an hour or two before dawn you will see them moving across the sky. They move faster than aeroplanes and are white. They move in straight lines mainly north to south or south to north. They cannot be mistaken for shooting stars as they look very different.

Good luck with spotting one - even at mag -8 they're not easy! If you can make some sort of pointing device so that you know exactly where to look it'll help. Just in case you haven't already done it, you can get your location details off Google Earth.
