Vertically aligned breasts. A horizontal buttcrack would be impossible due to the spine blocking it and due to leg movement being made difficult.

i'd say vertically aligned breasts because i am a man and it wouldn't really affect my as much if i always wore a shirt rather than sh*ting in some specially design toilet with specially designed pants...

Horizontal butt crack. I think it would cut down on underwear riding up your butt all the time, but then again I'm not sure how the new set up would work with underwear.
