Trying to get the truth without the witness specificly stating so, and yes ... the witness would then be lying.

If you tell someone to lie to the cops, know they're lying and don't tell, or help them make up a story to tell the cops, judge or jury, you're screwed.

yo vivo en Manitoba y estudie un curso de ingles en RRC
red river college , creo que es el mejor , la university de Manitoba y la university de Winnipeg tambien lo tienen , pero ademas de que cobran muy caro , son iguales , el rrc es de el govierno y a el le interesa que aprendas y rapido.
