I have worked at Disneyland and Walt Disney World and both were amazing experiences. It's not always easy, you have to leave very early to park your car & take a bus to the resort & get into costume all before your shift starts. But you get lots out of it. You'll get paid a little more off the bat if you get into entertaiment (characters & shows) rather than the fast food, or attractions. Look into it youself to find out if your into it before you listen to people who have never experienced it, saying negative things about it. Good luck on college and everything else you do down there!

Yeah I hear they treat their staff really badly. You can be in sweltering heat and wear one of the costumes. Read fast food nation while you are at it. The beginning has some good details about that land.
