try to clear the CMOS by removing battery, power off and power disconnected to the board, waiting for 5 minutes, and try to restart.
It could be the memory, try to remove all the memory, and install minimum memory for a reboot.

What is the make/model/revision# of the board, and the computer?
I suspect this is a few years old, you may need to buy a new computer. Upgrading an old computer is really not worth it. You could replace the motherboard/processor with the exact same one, but you wouldn't gain much.

Good Luck!

The battery is bad. The CMOS is the battery. The BIOS needs this in order to check the computer during the POST (power on self test)

Possible cause may be the damage of RAM. You may open the RAM from its slot then clear it with some cleaner then again insert it in the same slot or use the other one. If the problem persists you may have to replace it.
Motherboard battery may also cause that problem.

i think that beep code is a memory issue. if u have more than one stick of memory in that computer remove all except one. try each memory stick individually to see if that fixes the problem.
