I heard that all laptops made in the last five years have GPS?Please help me prove my roommate wrong.

your roommate is wrong.... GPS needs a special hardware (comes as GPS cards)... and is usually not put into laptops. Whosoever needs GPS can get the hardware and has to register for the service to a GPS service provider.

You WIN... your roommate is completely wrong.

No, not all laptops made in the last 5 years have GPS. I imagine that some might. You can buy GPS cards for your laptop if you want. They are usually used in conjunction with navigation software, like street mapping.
