The difference between man and animal is the ability to control our urges. Animals have to act on that urge to procreate, man does not. The animal does not care if it is a female or not they just have to try to fill that need. Being homosexual is not the sin the sexual act is the sin and neither man nor woman have to act on those feelings for that same sex person. They can and should restrain from the sexual act. God made man to bring children into the world 2 men together can not do that neither can 2 women. God also established the family to work with a mother and father to raise the children and studies have shown that having the father and mother is best for the children they are better adapted to the world and generally form healthier relationships. AS for the incest there was no other option in the beginning they had to marry brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and cousins and God allowed it until sin started to affect the babies being born with defects because sin had corrupted the blood lines. God is Sovereign and he does what he does for our own good. You will not understand because you don't have the heart of God. You don't have to like it or agree with it, God does not need your approval, nor does he care what you think. When God killed people it was because of the sin in their lives that would corrupt the Jews and also because the Jews had been disobedient there were consequences for that and sometimes it was a death sentence. They accepted that they had sinned and deserved to be punished. God does what He does because He loves us and wants the best for us. He knows that homosexuality corrupts man and the sexual perversions will get worse when it is accepted as normal and it leads to more and more depraved behavior. It eventually causes the down fall of nations by destroying the foundation of the family unit. There is nothing good about homosexual behavior and there never has been.

The idea that incest is wrong is a learned behavior, not a natural one. In a state of perfection, or near perfection, the mixing of closely related DNA does not create a major problem. Consider that Adam and Eve were like siblings, in that she was a clone of him, but without the X Chromosome.
It was only after time passed and abnormalities in the genetic code would begin to create a problem that the teaching of not breeding with a close relative became necessary. They didn't understand why, but that in another of the factors about the Bible that is supported by science. Only today do we understand why it became necessary.
All you are doing is showing your lack of knowledge of the Bible and the way things worked. After Armageddon, this may change, as we are returned back to a sate of perfection.
Of interest, with the advances in preventive reproduction and the demands by homosexuals to have their desires recognized as normal, we are beginning to see a surge of demand for the same recognition of those wishing to have sexual relations with a close relative, including the attraction of an adult children to each other and to ones parent. I recently read a story about a young man who walked in on his fiance having relations with her father. She did not see what he thought was so bad about it. They had only been doing it since she turned 25 and it is not as if the sin would not be forgiven.

Yes, the Bible actually advocates incest...often!
Not only did Moses sleep with his daughter-in-law, but Lot slept with BOTH this daughters after they seduced him when they were in hiding in a cave after Sodom and Gomorrah were supposedly destroyed, allegedly because of homosexuality. Not to mention that in that same story Lot offered up his two daughters to be RAPED by the men of the city!
Yes, the Bible is filled with a lot of inconsistencies, hypocrisy and lies.
Just remember the Bible is a compilation of writings by many MEN (humans all) over several hundred years. Men who had no personal knowledge of committed loving relationships between couples of the same gender. Men who's hands were just as easily prone to evil as anyone else's hands. Misogynistic Men who wanted to keep women as PROPERTY!
Also remember that the translations were the same way. Done by HUMAN hand, politically minded, easily swayed and tempted by money and personal gain.

In the old testament it was normal for people to marry their brothers/sisters, cousins, things like that.. but then it changed some time with moses later in life, I can not remember where, but I read it, where moses said that god said you have to marry outside of your family from now on. It was accepted in the beggining because there were not enough people to go around, so to speak.. or at least according to the bible anyway.

In my opinion it doesn't matter what the Bible says, it was written by man & I answer to God only. I also strongly believe that homosexuality is not a sin or God would would not have created homosexuals. They're just as good as me some even better

well if it wasn't Adam and Steve...the way I figure it Adam and Eve had to have sex with their own children...or their children had to have sex amongst themselves in order for it all to start. So the bible promotes incest.

actually the bible has more passages about incest than it does about homosexuality, which is really funy when you think that some of the biggest homophobes are those toothless dimwits from the south who marry their cousins

Just because there was incidents of incest in the Bible doesn't mean that God condones it. Believe me, He does not, and He considers it to be an abomination.
