taking a rocket taht would get you to space make a capsule the size a small apartment or room .. put enough living supplies and oxygen regenerators and launch your self into deep space

It would, but seriously you wouldn't last that long. There would be a high probability that you would die from to much carbon dioxide. But nonetheless, its a decent idea. :)
