no and never and read what the guy above me said. time travel is science fiction it is impossible. it will never happen. there is a thing called the present and time. you cannot make either of those speed up slow down or reverse. anybody who has a basic understanding of anything will know that it is impossible. why??>........because you cant speed up the orbit of earth or the speed of life processes or the development of life. there is a thing called light its speed is constant and never changes. no matter what. you cant just fast foward peoples minds and make everything move foward at a faster pace. or you cant just push a button and go to a time in the future.......to do that you would have to create something that has never been created and what would happen to everything from the present. it goes against science it will never be possible.
what is science........well it is the study of everything. there is a science to everything. then there is a physical science that has to do with the forces of science and types of energy and stuff like that. no machine now matter how advanced can speed up science or go against the laws of science. so what is science.....to me it is something that should be studied by anyone who belives in time travel. because if those people who belived in time travel knew the basics of science they would know that it is impossible
there will not be anything please eplain how the science of this machine makes it travel to the future. this machine cannot speed up life and peoples thoughts. and if you think you can jump to a time 100,s of years in the future think again. what will happen to everything from the present.......or does the magic machine control everything and make everything move faster i.e the earth its orbit. peoples lives. the orbits of all the other planets and all the science of earth ......life cycles, water cycles.....the speed of light.......and the tons of other science and physics that make up our earth. time is determined by the earth orbit. one year is a measure of time. one week, day hour second. you see you cannot speed it up. so you want to go into the future 100 years. good luck fast fowarding the earths orbit to one hundred years and fast fowaring everything that takes place over the course of that year. you cannot force time. you cannot force things to be done faster in order to get to a certain point in time. everything that takes place in our universe is like one big cycle. science fiction has turned time travel into something that is impossible. time is time. no matter what a second will still be the same amount of time. you cannot make a second go by any faster than one second......it will always be one second. and to think that you can make a second by faster and make all the events go by faster that happened in that second around the world and universe is just crazy.
there is no machine that can interfere with science and make everything move faster...if you disagree please explain how the science of the machine works.....or explain how it will take you to the future.

Great question! I'm very interested in the subject. Time travel means you'd age older or younger though, doesn't it? If you fast forward far enough, wouldn't you be dead because your body would be too old? They probably would be expecting you, because they would be aware of the past. I would feel confident that everything would exist yes.
EDIT: I found a great Wikipedia page on it too.

You can go forward in time only when you travel across a time zone. Today is the tomorrow you thought of yesterday, so are you forward in time now?

The present time is the root of the future just as history indicates the recorded events of the time. It is virtually possible but realistically impossible. Nostradamus might have predict this already. Look what happened in the movie "Back to the Future II". The answer is there.

Of course it's possible to travel forward. We're doing it right now. Do you mean skip forward in time?

Due to Einstein's theory of relativity, if you were able to travel near the speed of light you would perceive time much slower than someone who is stationary. What you perceive as a year, someone who is stationary (relative to you) could perceive as 8 years or so. It's all about what's relative. This is virtually impossible since no such technology exists.
