A Cop Came Out To My House And Said Someone Called Him Out Because I Was Playing Loud Music, I Was Listening To Music But It Wasn't Turned Up Very High. I Told Him It Must Have Been My Neighbor Just Making Up Something Because I Told Him To Stop Letting His Dog Poop In My Yard He Would Listen So I Called The Pound Out To Get It. Anyway The Cop Told Me To Just Shut My F'in Mouth, Then He Asked Me A Question About My Neighbor When I Started To Anser He Slapped Me In The Face And Told Me To Shut Up, I Wanted To Do Something But I Was Scared I Would Go To Jail, Then He Told Me I Was A GD Lier, He Took Out Some Sort Of Stick And Hit Me Right In The Bend Of My Arm And Broke It, He Took Me To Jail On A BS Charge, But They Acted Like My Story Didn't Matter, In 24 Hour's I Got Out, They Didnt Care That I Had A Broken Arm.
What Should I Do ?

Yeah u should try getting a lawyer. I know people are stupid, and u cant trust the cops because they are haters. Im really sorry to hear this but i hope eveything turns out to be ok.

I would sue the city then the cop on a seperate charge of 1) assult and then a civil lawsuit.

Get a good lawyer. Document everything. Take pictures of your injuries.

Document everything...ask neighbours if they saw anything...you might have an eye witness.

You need an attorney. "If" your story is true then your rights where all trampled on.
