Lol the girl above me image looks alot like your image! Discrimination is everywhere in the world regardless if there is a policy promoting it. Dont Ask Dont Tell right now isnt a huge issue, because alot of gay people can come out to their recruiter and they wouldnt care at all (because of war time.) Recruiters are seriously hurting for recruits and being gay wouldnt stop them from enlisting you (as long as they keep their jobs.) War time can bring out alot of emotions and even general are coming out saying to stop discrimination (WE ARE HURTING FOR MORE TROOPS) It is long overdo for this policy to end, but will it end discrimination no, because this is the first time a gay person can say I AM GAY, and if his seniority (captain...ect) doesnt like gay people, the gay person would be downgraded. But sure the policy will have to the EVENTUAL end of discrimination (another 50 years)

No, I dont think so but we've gotta start somewhere and it might make it a little harder to openly discriminate.
