I need to pay him first mon.+ deposit. And Im waiting on someone to pay me back. Well they lied about paying me back all of the money this weekend and now Im takin it in the #@). Where do igo for fast help. Like emergency finance help for $4000

oooh, toughie but, being an ex assistant property manager I would say let your lanlord know your situation and If he/she is not a jerk he'd understand and give you some time to come up with the money. As for 4000.00 thats a whole lot of money to come up with fast and borrowing to pay only puts you back in the same situation. So if you can....try and sell,work,side job some money and pay what you can.

I m not sure there are places that will help you with that much money . most places will help you will around 100$ or 200$.

Can you ask you landlord to wait a week for two.? Sometimes for landlords it is easier to wait then to kick you out and find a new tenent.

Fake an illness. tell a friend to call landlord in your behalf that you are in hospital for severe food poisoning, make sure you get paid and get money to landlord and NEVER mess up again.

best thing to always remember never count on money thats not already in your hand... learned that years ago... dont buy things or get things with money you think you will have untill you really have it.. its one of the lifes lessoned learned.. and i would get a hold of the guy that owes ya..good luck

4G's is alot...move-out !!! If your in a lease then your screwed cause your gonna have late fees and bound by contract to pay them....WOW SUCKS TO BE YOU !!!
