STOP! If you never took garden advise before, take mine now!

oh no. i won't, can't tell you. you really don't want to plant pampas grass. if you do, i will bet my life you will regret doing so for years to come. if you never took anyones advise before, please take mine. pampas grass is a real nightmare. pleasse, take that pack of seeds and carefull put them in the trash and don't spill any on your way. okay, grows very fast, to 8 feet first season. in a couple years, easy 20 high, 15 ft wide. when flowers seed the wind will take them everywhere. your neighbors will hate you. your gardener will hate you. any body who come in contact with it will hate you. and i promice you, in time you will hate you. it is a weedy and noxious plant, all but impoaable to get rid of once it gets ahold of you. Burning is the usual thing people will try to get rid of it. each plant turns into a fountain of saw toother, grassy leaves. saw toothed is putting it miledly. more like very long razors that hook to your skin and will cut you. noone will be willing to help you maintain it. at least not twice. nurseries in many areas her in california have banned it. no respectable landscape designer will use it even in the most remote part of the plan. It is a bad, bad plant. you don't want it, i promise you. just a few days ago another question came into answers asking for help to get rid of it from his yard. you plant it, you'll really be sorry. there are many wonderfull, but smaller varities of fountain grass out there. friendly ones. okay, at least go and find an exanple growing nearby and check it out yourself. you may not know it, but getting me to pick up your question is the luckiest day of your life. I'll say no more. good luck.

because of the fact the seeds are actually not any a topic. Plus, that is confusing to determin precisely wha a seed is, until that is germinated. What if somebody owns hashish seeds, yet none of them germinate? how are you able to tell if a seed is something else? that variety of regulation is so confusing to prosecute. how are you able to coach that somebody KNEW they have been hashish seeds, and not, say, roses? in case you're becoming it, besides the undeniable fact that, you be attentive to what that is. The flowers are unlawful. Any reason at the back of becoming the plant, be it for seeds or pot, is unlawful. They do it because of the fact generally, they haven't any flowers. They purchase them off people who stay in Thailand, or Afghan, the place we've no juristiction, and so we won't do something approximately them determining to purchase the seeds.

um...what do you mean by a clump? i think i would split them into about one hundred seeds each and plant the hundred very close together, then a little space and the next hundred and so on. this will give you small clumps, if you want them bigger adjust accordingly i would at the very least split them in half.

Try www.nps.gov/redw/pampas.htm Because the plumes of pampas grass goes to seed (thousands of them) and self-sows, my guess would be plant them all.
