Its called entropy. Physics explains it better. A simple example is why a glass breaks. The whole process is a result of nature.Nature supports and encourages it.
And the good news.........is......There's absolutely nothing that we can do about it!

The things go bad for us the human being. But not for the micro organism that feed on these bad things. For them it is good. So we are not only the living being who needs food but other micro organisms are there who compete with us. If we are unable to use something properly, they start utilising it. And they are present every where, you just cann't escape from them.

But it is not always true, for example, Souring of milk, it forms curd which is quite good for health, easy to digest, and helps to overcome from some some stomach problems etc. Here the lactose present in the milk is converted into lictic acid.
The change is at molecular level and caused by some enzymes or micro organism.

Preparation of wine, it takes some time to convert the sugars present in fruits and grains to alcohol, so with time it becomes better. Here fermentation takes place, i.e. breaking down of larger molecule to smaller molecule, so here Sucrose------------> Glucose + fructose------------------------> Ethanol + Water
This is a slow process and involves two enzymes called Invertase and Zymase.

Regarding growing and dieing, it is a cyclic process and pre determined. It is there in the genes of the respectice animals. So they die in different lenth of time. Till now science is not developed to disclose the message where and how it is present in genes. But it is possible to make clone, identical one. But not extend the life for years. But in future we may expect it may ........happen to determine the exact lifespan of a person and........

Not everything. Wine for instance gets better with age, along with its value. These living things, e.g. Grapes, age and become better, if not prepared correctly then yes they rot and go bad. Never ask your question to an antique dealer that, he might slap you.

When somebody lops off your stuff and claims as it his/her, and gets approved by a henchman. It is a called brood parasitism.

It is the cyclicity of the events. The bad becomes the raw materials for the generation of others that includes good and bad.

Nice question. Everything is in your mind. Nobody can prove or certify a thing as "bad". Follow this advice -- "Everything happens for good" and see how it makes wonders for you.
