Yes he should, and here is why. He is a wrestling icon and all time great. Rivals include Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Randy Savage, Mick Foley, Rick Rude, Vader, Lex Luger, Giant (Big Show) etc. Multi time WCW and NWA World Champion. Also won Tag Team champ with Luger, Kevin Nash, and Giant (Big Show). He is a role model to many current wrestlers including Shelton Benjamin and AJ Styles. Plain and simple, Sting is in the same class as Hogan, Flair, Austin, and Hart.

Ok, ok. Everyone will reply and say NO!!! STING NEVER WRESLTED IN WWE. Well most of Sting's carrer was spent in WCW and WCW is now property of WWE. The WWE Hall of Fame is a PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING HALL OF FAME. They inducted Harley Race. Race didn't accomplish ANYTHING in WWF. It was all accomplished in NWA. Will Flair be in the WWE Hall of Fame? Well, 90% of his accomplishments were in WCW and NWA, not WWF.

Sting and McMahon have much respect for eachother.

Should Sting be inducted for his pro wrestling accomplishments???

No. Although he is an accomplished wrestler, he was never part of the WWE and therefore should not be in the WWE Hall of Fame. Vince McMahon can respect the Queen of England, doesn't mean she can be in the Hall of Fame. Should Sting be admired as a legend of a group he was never part of. Can a school I've never been a part of put me on their alumni list?

ALL THIS talk OF STING no longer GETTING alongside OR DISLIKING VINCE IS A fantasy, STING has in no way suggested THAT. go on youtube and style up sting interview on why he in no way joined WWE. He says vince grew to become into continuously reliable to him and he has understand problem with vince yet he in no way joined because of the fact he did no longer believe how WWE would use him seeing as how they misused booker t for the period of his first couple of years in the organization and likewise how they misused Goldberg and DDP. He additionally suggested the vacationing is an argument and he suggested if he have been ever to connect it would would desire to be an undertaker style deal the place he does not actual do alot or would desire to look in suits on television each and every week. Sting has in no way suggested he dislikes vince so why are human beings claiming he dislikes him.

based of of his contributions yes, but the fact that he has never wrestled for the McMahon family no, and how can you even begin to say that Harley Race never accomplished anything in the WWF/WWE he was the first "King of The Ring" and used that as a gimmick that has been repeated by just about every superstar that has won King of the Ring

You are missing the big picture. Why would WWE induct somebody into there Hall Of Fame while he worked for a rival promotion, regardless if he deserved it for his work in WCW or not. Essentialy it would be like giving free advertising to TNA.

I would say no since he never wrestled in the WWF...HOWEVER since the WWF does induct people into their Hall of Fame that really did little to nothing in the WWE like Harley Race or Verne Gagne then I would say yes Sting should be inducted.

May at some time down the road once he is completely out of wrestling. There is no way Vince would have in if he is still wrestling for TNA though.

No, exactly for the reason you said. He didn't wrestle in the WWE. Does this mean Disco Inferno should be in the WWE hall of fame?

I'm one of those people who will say no because he never wrestled in WWE, but I see your point. I think going by your logic he should be inducted, but he won't because he's in TNA and there's no way Vinnie Mac's inducting someone from his competition's promotion.
