That is number 2 he is in where he sees carol ann at the shopping centre then turns up at their house when they are in the garden

Poltergiest 2, because 3 is when the girl from the orginal movie actually died on set in the skyrise. Poltergiest 2 was when the indian medicine man helped to deliver the preacher and his followers into the light.

It was the second one....I read that he was very sick when they made that movie...I don't know how long he lived after the movie...but he played that part well. still give me the creeps.
