He's free....he only had to answer to the charges in Mexico and was released shortly thereafter on his own recognizance...that was really a waste of time to even charge him, he did good by getting that rapist off the streets...but it probably did him some good to knock him off his high horse for awhile...

He is out if you look on the A&E website there are all the updates, plus you can look at his website, there is a link on the A&E website to get there, I don't know what you were looking at on the website, he was only in jail 48 hours, had a hearing and bailed out.

He is currently free on bond. There are ongoing negotiations with Mexico over whether he'll have to serve time. He has offered to do community service and pay a large fine (or make a "donation" as he put it). He said he would do anything to stay out of a Mexican jail. I have not heard whether they accepted his offer or not.

He is free for right now. His trial is coming up in the next few months though and he is really sweating it. Go to cnn.com and click on Larry king transcripts and you look for his interview which was about a month ago and click on it and you can read the whole thing he said. it was good. Also, no commercials, its great.

Yeah ... there's no irony right here in any respect. He published bail in Mexico on those costs and wager what - he jumped and fled to the U.S. The supposedly valuable effect canine has on society as surely no longer something to do with him leaping bail and for this reason his contemporary fugitive status. On his instruct, does canine ever seize somebody and then decide for to enable them to bypass because of the fact they're "an general stable individual." supply me a smash. permit me merely preempt your reaction - "confident however the folk on the instruct are not stable human beings." canine is a convicted murderer.
