What works for me is a lower back support that's usually sold in most auto parts stores for use on a car seat. I just put it on my computer chair, and that gives adequate support.

I must ask why you want it. Is there a specific problem? i have tried almost all of them, at one time or another. there are the weight lifter type belts, the various styles made for people that lift alot, and specifically matched corset types that are fitted to you by a specialist.

My husband is having back issues so I went to Home Depot and bought him a back support. It wraps around you body and is used for lifting, but he just uses it in everyday situations and it helps him a lot.
