Tickle Me Emo was a skit done on Mad TV. It's not a real toy you could purchase.

I guess there emos that would tickle me for money, but, I not sure paying for this is legal. It could be considered a form of prostitution.

We gave Elmo to our Granddaughter for Christmas - it scared her on the commencing up because of the fact that we've been all giggling so confusing at Elmo because of the fact that he became so humorous yet she enjoyed it. Allison became purely 13 months on the time
