The Swedish Chess Computer Association publishes a regularly updated ranking list of many computer chess engines at http://web.telia.com/~u85924109/ssdf/list.htm According to this list, Rybka 1.2 is stronger than Shredder 9 (and 10). Rybka currently has the top spot in the SSDF list.

Of the two, Rybka is the better engine. Although I am partial to Fritz, which has a rating between 3000-3300 now.

u have to try on both chess engine and see which is more harder to win I think Shredder 9 is best
