I am currently trying to complete the bestinary and am trying to locate Ghost (the monster). I have just defeated Cid (1st encounter. I forgot to kill 3 more Ghost and am wondeing where I can kill 3 more. Help anyone?

The Brady guide lists the location of the monster named "ghost" as the Garamsythe Waterway.
It is quite possible it has appeared elsewhere... each monster has to belong to one category in the bestiary but they can occasionally pop up in other areas of the game.
Since the guide puts it in the Garamsythe waterway, my best suggestion would be to enter it through northern lowtown and use the sluice gate key (found during the "lost in the pudding" hunt) to control the gates and fully explore the area for that monster.
