what you described sound like a difference of bit depth between video and desktop. It should not normally happen, but it's not serious. Check the setting of your video card or reinstall the video driver, try to use a different player...
It could be also a codec problem, you could use a program like gspot.exe to tell you more.

Take it somewhere else and get it fixed. The shop that you took it to is probably not very legitimate. They probably loosened your graphics card or did something to your computer so that you will have to go back to them and spend more money. Try a different shop and hope for better results.

Or they could have only stole the 320 GB and adjusted it with a 60GB one. it somewhat is common to envision the actual disk's entire means and partitioned area configerations as follows: on the laptop, genuine-click on "workstation" and choose "take care of" from the shortcut menu. as quickly as you're in workstation supervisor, on the left of the reveal click on storage > Disk administration and you'd be presented with each and all of the particular and partition suggestions of your no longer common disk "in many situations considered in this reveal as Disk 0". you will see the full means there and to the final of that the different partioned or uncooked unallocated area which you would be able to partition your self and supply it yet another stress letter (including D: or E: or F: and so on. good success & permit's understand what happes.

I would try to reinstall the video driver. If that does work, reinstall the game. If that does not work, take it back.
